Selimiye’yle birlikte var olan bir kıyı evi.

Oumu Beach House, Selimiye’nin korunaklı koyunda, bir otelden çok içinde yaşanan bir kıyı evi olarak kuruldu. Mimar Fahrettin Aykut’un tasarladığı yapı kıyı kasabalarından ilham alıyor: merdivenler, ara teraslar, dar geçitler ve küçük meydanlarıyla küçük bir beldeyi andırıyor. Konfor gösterişli detaylarda değil, gündelik küçük şeylerde.

Oumu için Akdenizli olmak bir yer değil, bir zaman meselesi. Burada asıl lüks, zamanı genişletebilmek. Koyun sessizliğinden beslenen, köklerindeki sığınak fikrini Akdeniz’in neşesiyle birleştiren Oumu Beach House, Selimiye’yi anlatmıyor, onunla birlikte var oluyor.
